During this exclusive tour, you will discover every stage of Cognac production, from vineyard management and harvesting to winemaking, distillation, ageing and blending.

Learn how Braastad carefully oversees each step of the process to ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Since 1875, our mission has remained unchanged: to craft elegant Cognacs that faithfully express the character of their terroir.

Explore our traditional distillery and discover the art of double distillation through our ten copper pot stills. Continue your journey through our historic ageing and blending cellars, where eaux-de-vie mature patiently for decades before reaching their full potential.

The tour also includes access to our museum, home to rare bottles, historical artefacts and fascinating stories from the Braastad family legacy.
