Braastad white Pineau des Charentes

Braastad Pineau des Charentes is crafted by marrying partially fermented grape juice with carefully matured Cognac. The blend is then aged for an additional two years in Limousin oak casks, allowing the flavours to harmonise and develop remarkable depth.
This extended maturation creates a beautifully rounded Pineau, offering a smooth texture, delicate sweetness and a rich, well-balanced character.

Braastad VSOP

Braastad VSOP Réserve is crafted from a carefully balanced selection of eaux-de-vie sourced from the renowned Petite Champagne and Fins Bois crus. While a VSOP Cognac requires a minimum of four years of ageing, this expression benefits from significantly longer maturation, with eaux-de-vie aged on average between eight and ten years.
The result is a refined and harmonious Cognac, revealing delicate floral aromas, elegant notes of spice and subtle hints of chocolate. Smooth and well-balanced, it offers a rich and lingering finish that reflects the Braastad family’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship.

Braastad XXO

A testament to time and craftsmanship, Braastad XXO offers impressive depth, elegant complexity and a long, sophisticated finish shaped by years of careful maturation.
- Colour : Amber with mahogany highlights.
- Nose : Complex, finesse with spicy notes (black pepper, slight hint of saffron) complemented by almond and hazelnut aromas and even a few floral touches (jasmine, rose).
- Palate : The palate is based on structure (Grande Champagne) and finesse (Fins Bois), with aromas of tobacco leaves and a hint of rose, and oak wood, and spices (Madagascar black pepper, Indian spices). The fruit is present with notes of fig and muscatel.
- Finish : Vanilla and bitter almond, with a hint of saltiness/minerality.
