Old Fashioned cognac
Ingredients
✔ 50 ml Braastad VSOP Cognac
✔ 15 ml Sugar Syrup
✔ 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
✔ 1 orange peel, expressed over the glass
Recipe
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
✔ Using a mixing glass, add the sugar syrup, Angostura bitters, and Cognac.
✔ Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir gently with a bar spoon for about 20 seconds.
✔ Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice cubes and strain the mixture into the glass.
✔ Express the orange peel over the drink to release its essential oils, then use it as a garnish.

Cognac Summit
Ingredients
✔ 40 ml Braastad VSOP Cognac
✔ 4 ginger slices
✔ Zest of 1 lime
✔ 1 spiral cucumber peeling
✔ 60 ml artisanal lemonade

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
✔ Add the 4 ginger slices to the rocks glass.
✔ Crush the ginger with a muddler to express its spicy aromas.
✔ Add the ice cubes and Cognac.
✔ Squeeze the lime zest over the top, add the lemonade and garnish with the cucumber peel.

Sazerac
Ingredients
✔ 50 ml Braastad VSOP Cognac
✔ 15 ml sugar
✔ 5 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
✔ 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
✔ 1 spoonful absinthe
✔ Zest of 1 lemon

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
✔ Fill the rocks glass with ice cubes and pour the spoonful of absinthe over the top. Stir the ice cubes to freshen and flavor the glass.
✔ Pour the sugar, bitters, and Cognac into the mixing glass.
✔ Fill with ice cubes and stir with the bar spoon for around twenty seconds.

St Preuil

✔ 25 ml Old White Pineau des Charentes
✔ 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
✔ One square of chocolate

Cognac DIY
Ingredients
✔ 30 ml Braastad VSOP Cognac
✔ 30 ml grapefruit juice
✔ 120 ml tonic
✔ 1 sprig thyme

Preparation Time: 4 minutes
✔ Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and pour in the Cognac, grapefruit juice, and tonic. Stir well using a bar or long spoon.
✔ Garnish with a sprig of dried thyme.

Rooibos Ale
Ingredients
✔ 50 ml Braastad VSOP Cognac
✔ 20 ml lemon juice
✔ 20 ml sugar
✔ 50 ml ginger ale
✔ 1 slice dried orange
✔ Zest of 1 lime
✔ 80 ml rooibos tea

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
✔ Put the lemon juice, sugar, rooibos tea, and Cognac into the shaker.
✔ Add ice cubes until the shaker is 2/3-full and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
✔ Pour the mixture into a highball glass and fill to the top with ginger ale.
✔ Garnish with a slice of dried orange.

Mint Oaked
Ingredients
✔ 50 ml Braastad VSOP Cognac
✔ 30 ml lime
✔ 15 ml sugar
✔ 20 ml egg white
✔ 60ml ginger ale
✔ 6 mint leaves

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
✔ Pour all the ingredients (except the ginger ale) into the shaker.
✔ Stir once without ice cubes to emulsify the egg white and obtain a rich, creamy texture.
✔ Add ice cubes until the shaker is 2/3-full and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
✔ Filter the cocktail twice and pour into a champagne glass, then add the ginger ale.
✔ Garnish with a mint leaf.

Martinez charentais
Ingredients

✔ 20 ml Noilly Prat Amber
✔ 1 slice dried orange
