EXTRA MILE

We grow our own grapes, produce our own wine, distill, age, blend, bottle and ship every bottle of Braastad cognac ourselves. This involves a great deal of work, worry and proud craftsmanship. Working with cognacs older than ourselves, some of them casked by our own grandfather, makes for a pretty good day at the office. However, undertaking a 24 hour shift in our distillery, makes for a pretty tough one, too. There are no shortcuts to producing a handcrafted premium cognac and sometimes we wonder why we care so much. Maybe because our name is on the bottle
